  1. Do you accept jobs in any country?
    Yes, we do accept jobs in most countries. There might be some countries where detecting is strictly forbidden. In this case, we can not offer our service.
  2. How much do I have to pay?
    we do charge for our travel expenses but do not charge anything on top. We also have a daily service fee. Example: If you have a job in Munich, we would charge travel expenses plus a daily service fee. We cannot publish exact costs because jobs can vary greatly. If you contact us, we will send you a quote with detailed pricing.
  3. Is there a guarantee you find our lost items?
    Unfortunately, we can not offer any guarantee. We guarantee to do the best to find it, but there is never a guarantee. It’s possible that someone has already found the object and taken it with them.
  4. Is there a time limit for your service?
    No, there is no time limit. You hire us as long as you like.
  5. Can I request to search a certain area again?
    If you feel like we might have overlooked your item, we are happy to search again in the same spot.
